Policies governing the cancellation of scheduled classes, wellness consultations, and marketplace orders.

Cancellation Policy

AyushGyaan provides clear, self-service cancellation procedures across marketplace orders, professional consultations, and yoga studio classes.

1. When Can a Marketplace Order Be Cancelled?

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order directly from your user orders dashboard at any time prior to vendor dispatch confirmation. A 100% refund is immediately initiated.
  • After Dispatch / In Transit: Once an order has been picked up by the courier and marked “Dispatched”, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery or request a return upon arrival under our Refund Policy.

2. Vaidya Consultation Cancellations

  • Appointments may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled slot for a complete refund.
  • Cancellations within 4 hours may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee to respect the practitioner's allocated time.

3. Yoga Studio Class Reservations

Community Yoga sessions can be cancelled from your schedule at least 2 hours prior to class start time to release the reservation for waitlisted seekers.
