2. Scope of Services & Educational Boundary
AyushGyaan provides educational self-care content, Prakriti assessments, solar circadian routines, and practitioner discovery. The software features (including the AI assistant and Food Snap) are non-clinical, non-diagnostic educational tools. They do not constitute medical advice or clinical care.
3. User Account Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Users agree not to misuse platform services, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious or unlawful content.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, system architectures, visual designs, mascots, algorithms, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of AyushGyaan Private Limited or its licensors. Classical Ayurvedic knowledge compendia are acknowledged with reverence to ancient Indian heritage.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
